How Kyber helped a growing family law firm streamline its office move, eliminate downtime, and ensure day-one productivity in a brand-new space

help families through their toughest times.
With many sensitive practice areas, they recognize
how difficult a family matter can be on the children
in these situations. They prioritize the needs of
these likely innocent bystanders to the matter at
hand. Their goal if to help the entire family find
peace in their “new normal”.
With the great success and growth of the firm, it was clear that their next step was expansion, specifically buying land, clearing it and erecting a building of their own. They wanted a new home that would exude the excellence they brought to their law practice while making families feel comfortable there during challenging times.
This was a major undertaking for an organization already busy handling client cases, so they reached out to Kyber to help them manage the technical
aspects of the project to ensure that all went smoothly, and they were ready for action on day 1 in their new building.
We assigned a vCIO to oversee the technical aspects of the project. This included data room design, wiring, wireless Internet access, smart scheduling tablets and video collaboration systems for conference room scheduling and even smart TVs in each office for information sharing.
We worked closely with the contractors ensuring that every wire and port was properly located and configured to ensure success. In the final stages of the construction, we were onsite regularly hanging access points, installing TVs, testing connectivity with their Internet service provider, and verifying proper telephone operability.
The move into the new office was seamless. The attorneys were able to be productive from the first hour they were there with very little interruption or frustration. This kept them billable and helping families in the manner they were accustomed.
There was no downtime for the team and the client was greatly appreciative and satisfied.
