Employee Spotlight: Albert Dzurka

Albert joined Kyber Security five months ago with a clear mission: bring structure to project management, support the technical team, and improve how services are delivered. From day one, he’s focused on making sure nothing falls through the cracks while giving engineers the space they need to do what they do best — without the chaos.

With a background rooted in organization and strategy, Albert has already made an impact by helping shift the mindset from reactive to proactive.

Thoughts on the Team and Culture

One of the things Albert values most about working at Kyber is being part of a small team where every contribution counts. “You’re not just a number here. When something needs to get done, we talk directly and figure it out.” That directness and collaboration have made the work both meaningful and energizing.

Of course, no workplace is without its growing pains. “The culture is a work in progress,” Albert shared. “We’re small, so sometimes things get personal. But there’s a good heart here, and people want to do right by our clients.” It’s that shared sense of purpose that drives the team forward.

When it comes to inspiration within the company, Albert didn’t hesitate: “Bob, because he’s sharp and knows his stuff.”

Lessons Learned and Professional Growth

Over the course of his career, one lesson has stuck with Albert: “You are only as good as your documentation.” That, along with a strong belief in treating everyone with respect — no matter their role — has served as a guidepost throughout his professional journey.

Since joining Kyber, Albert has also grown as a communicator and mentor, especially as he’s learned to navigate leadership within a smaller company. Without rigid lines or silos, he’s adapted by staying flexible and stepping in where needed — whether in a technical meeting, coaching a teammate, or solving a business process challenge.

Outside the Office

When he’s not streamlining workflows or supporting the team, Albert enjoys hanging out with close friends and family. A former mountain biking and video game enthusiast, these days he’s more likely to be found fixing things around the house or diving into a new skill or project.

And if teleportation were ever an option? Sign him up. “No more traffic, no more long commutes. Just show up where you need to be.” Sounds like a dream come true.
